E-Grants 

The Office of Research and Sponsored Programs assists faculty and staff with identifying potential external sources of support for projects; developing competitive applications; providing grantseeking resources; and submitting proposals to sponsors.

E-Grant Seeking Resources

Faculty and staff interested in funding for specific research/scholarly activity, projects, or other initiatives may use a host of databases and resources to identify suitable sponsors.  Access information including subscription services, federal funding resources and databases, private funding resources and databases, and information sponsored by professional research administration organizations.

E-Grant Writing Resources

Faculty and staff engaged in grant-seeking activities can access a comprehensive portal of proposal development resources and data to assist with submissions.  Resources include the Proposal Writer’s Toolkit, the E-Grants Funding Fact Sheet, which contains common organizational data used in grant applications; and a detailed online listing of proposal development resources.

E-Grant Forms and Policies

Access forms and policies related to proposals, awards, contracts, subawards, industry sponsored research agreements, and other sponsored projects.  Resources are provided related to of pre- and post-award requirements.  Faculty and staff may also access standard National Science Foundation and National Institutes of Health “proposal preparation guides” developed by the UW-Whitewater Research and Sponsored Programs staff.
